Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?


Most products can be returned. Pre-authorization is required.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.
  • Products that have sealed packaging must be returned unopened. We do not accept opened packaging.
  • Products that have sun-damage cannot be returned.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?


Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days from date of purchase.

Please return products to our warehouse, unit 7/12 Newpaper Place, Maroochydore, QLD

 

HOW do customers return items?

  • Products that were delivered through our delivery service, can be collected (with prior arrangement) on the next delivery run.
  • Products that were collected at our warehouse must be returned to the warehouse.
  • Products that were shipped via a courier service must be shipped back to the warehouse.


SHIPPING for returns?


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For online purchases that have been shipped, the return shipping cost is for the customer's account. 



CREDIT for returns?


For customers with accounts, a credit note will be issued. Usually the credit note will be applied to the next order. 

For over-the-counter purchases via EFPOS, credit will be applied on the same platform as the purchase was done.
