They have micro (tiny) channels embossed on one side & are smooth on the other, permitting the air to be sucked out during the vacuum sealing cycle. For use with home style vacuum sealing machines and Out of Chamber Models, where only the top of the bag is placed into machine (not the entire bag). 85 micron.
